Scott Ronczkowski, executive chef at SeaWorld San Antonio, spent six years as sous chef at SeaWorld Orlando. Ronczkowski and his team are attentive to every detail of catered events at the world’s largest marine life adventure park. Ronczkowski oversees more than 300 employees in thirty-five food and beverage areas including five full service restaurants, a full production bakery and a multi-area catering facility.
Ronczkowski’s fifteen years of experience in the food industry includes positions at Walt Disney World, the Marriott and Hilton corporations. A native of Illinois, he received formal culinary training at Joliet Junior College. He was recently featured as among Texas chefs during the State of Texas Tourism Divisions’ Spring Media Mission to New York City.
